Terms of Engagement & Use
By accessing the NutrioWellness platform or scheduling a consultation, you enter a binding contractual agreement designed to protect the integrity of our nutritional protocols and your physiological safety.
Acceptance
Continued use of this site constitutes acknowledgment of these terms. If you do not agree with the metabolic mapping or consultation protocols, please cease use immediately.
Service Delivery
Consultations are delivered digitally. NutrioWellness reserves the right to decline service if the client metabolic profile requires medical intervention beyond our scope.
Documentation
All plans, guides, and biological maps provided are the intellectual property of NutrioWellness and are for personal use only. Distribution is strictly prohibited.
Amendments
We periodically update our legal and clinical frameworks. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms during each booking cycle.
Clinical Limitation Disclosure
NutrioWellness provides nutritional strategy based on biochemical principles, not medical diagnosis. Our services do not replace the advice of a licensed physician or hospital-based clinical dietitian.
Users must consult with their primary healthcare provider before initiating any intensive dietary shifts or nutrient-dense synthetic supplementation recommended during consultations.
Cancellation & Logistics
Systemic compliance is mandatory for rescheduling.
3.1 CANCELLATION PERIOD
Consultation slots are limited and require significant laboratory-grade preparation. Cancellations must be verified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled window.
3.2 REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are issued for cancellations meeting the 24-hour criteria, minus an administrative processing fee of 15%. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable as metabolic mapping preparation would have already commenced.
3.3 RESCHEDULING QUOTA
Each booking is permitted one rescheduling instance per 30-day period. Repeated shifts disrupt the clinical workflow and may result in service termination.
LEGAL JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from consulting services will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts of Larissa.
